--Hokkaido Chihoku Kogen Railway is a railway that took over the JNR Ikekita Line (Kitami-Ikeda) in 1989. The CR70 type is the same shape as the Kiha 130 of JR Hokkaido, and is a diesel car made by Niigata Engineering Co., Ltd.
