This is the 2nd version of S.K.I.P., a train designed for the promotion of
Shonan and Kamakura area, Kanagawa prefecture.
Brightly painted on its body is a beautiful scenery of the region as it
appears in four different seasons.

S.K.I.P., by the way, is short for "Shonan Kamakura Information Promotion".
