Toukyu 300 Series came into use in 1993 for the Setagaya-Line, and has ever since been running on the route between Sangenjaya and Shimotakaido, in Setagaya ward, Tokyo.

Of the 10 colors that Tokyu 300Series appears in, this item is of the "Apple Green" version.
