Product Description
Sylpheed is the special train which belonged to the Niigata branch office of JR East.
From 1990 to 2001, it was traveled in JR East around Niigata District.
The inside of car is interior decoration of the Europeanness. Scenic dome was installed in the top car.
However, it was reorganized in "NO.DO.KA" in 2001.
"DE10-1701" of the diesel became the painting same as Sylpheed.
It is to use it when I run in the local line where it is not installed electrical appliances.

The motor does not stick to a locomotive.
