It is "NO.DO.KA" I remodel Sylpheed in 2001, and to have been born.
NO.DO.KA is used as a special train around Niigata District.
The inside of car is with a carpet floor and offers the space that can make itself at home relaxedly to the passenger.
There is prospects seat in the top part. In addition, the on-line karaoke is equipped with, too.
