This is JNR Electric Locomotive Type EF10, 1st lot model. Number is 1 to 16.
Tali light is pull-out type. Head light is type LP42, it is small size (150W).
Lightning rod is type LA12, it is square type.

EF10 is the locomotive used in Japan during 1983 from 1934.

The article of this place has little stock. When it was a sellout, please forgive it.
