[Tips for street light production]
-Please cut out the street light frame part because the inside of the frame is buried like a burr for convenience of molding.
-Make a hole in the inner four corners of the frame with a pin vise.
-If you use a large diameter drill, the frame may be damaged, so use a 1 mm diameter drill as a guide.
-Cut out unnecessary parts in the frame like widening the opened hole with a sharp cutting knife.
-Shape the cross section with a precision metal file or waterproof paper.
-Please stick the double-sided tape on the enclosed glass template (copyable), we recommend the double-sided tape that can be stuck and peeled off.
-Stick the taped template on the included transparent plastic board.
-If you polish the transparent plastic board with a compound etc. before pasting, it will have a more glass-like finish.
-It is a good idea to band the transparent plastic plate along the template so that unnecessary parts are as small as possible.
-Please cut out the transparent plastic plate in the way that you push it with a working knife that cuts well according to the template you stuck.
-Cut each side rather than cut out, the cross section will be cleaner and the shape will be cut accurately.
-Cut out 4 pieces of this for each street light.
-Peel off the template paper from the cut out transparent plastic plate and glue it inside the streetlight.
-Since the street light of this product has a gap between the inside of the frame and the glass, it is better to glue the plastic plate in a square shape first and then to put it inside the street light.
-For bonding, it is recommended to use instant adhesive, transparent rubber bond, model adhesive, etc. where necessary.
