--The engine was initially equipped with a 525 horsepower Bristol Jupiter air-cooled star-type 9-cylinder engine, but later it was replaced with 12 high-output 610 horsepower Curtis Concolor water-cooled V-type 12 cylinders, resulting in total output. Can now deliver up to 7,200 horsepower.
