- This is a new addition to the conversion passenger car series.
- Among the Suhafu 4310s that were modified from Suha44, the vehicles that were converted to Shikoku were later subjected to structural improvement work at the Tadotsu factory.
- Like No. 3 in the 0 generation, No. 15 had a style in which the toilet/washroom header was removed.
- It was used together with Suhafu 433 for the farewell train on the Komatsushima Line in March 1984, and was used until the final operation of old passenger cars in Shikoku the following week.
- The model car is Kato Suhafu 42 (or Suha 43).
- ASSY parts must be purchased separately for the ventilator that is insufficient for the inlet and model vehicles.
