Product Description

──New mold JR 213 series 5000 series 2nd train, Iida line

- The JR 213-5000 series is a model that has been manufactured since 1989.
- Based on the 211 series, the body is a stainless steel carriage with two double-doors, decorated with orange and green stripes, and the seats are convertible cross seats except at the ends of the cars.
- There are differences depending on the time of manufacture, and the second batch of cars manufactured after 1990 have enlarged side direction signs and speakers installed in the rooftop coolers.
- When it was introduced, it was stationed at Ogaki Depot and operated on the Kansai Main Line and Tokaido Main Line of the JR Central section.
- In 2011, after undergoing renovations such as the installation of toilets and semi-automatic doors, the trains began operating on the Iida Line, replacing the 119 series.

- Train radio antenna, signal flare, and lightning arrester are all depicted as a single sculpture.
- Headlights (warm white), taillights, and front destination display (white) are on
- Equipped with a coreless motor power unit with a flywheel (No. 31933)
