Product Description

-- Usui Pass, a place of memories. The pass's Sherpa EF63 electric locomotive (3rd generation)!

[Actual vehicle guide]
- The EF63 type was introduced in 1962 as a support locomotive for the steep slopes of the Usui Pass.
- It was coupled in double-header to the Yokokawa side of the train passing between Yokokawa and Karuizawa
- The 3rd generation is the last group of units mass-produced, from 22 to 25, and the number plate and taillight shape have been changed from the 2nd generation.

- New skirts and jumper plugs for the 3rd car have been produced to more accurately reproduce the differences between the 1st and 2nd models.
- Reproduce the double-headed coupler for self-coupling and close-coupling

[Product Features]
- High grade (HG) specification EF63 type 3rd type is reproduced
- Different taillight shape from the 1st and 2nd models, block-type license plate, skirt and jumper plug shapes are reproduced
- The manufacturer's plate is reproduced by printing. The car number is selectable and a transfer sheet is included.
- C` Front part with antenna mounting hole is already attached, and a part without a hole is included for replacement
- The head and tail lights on the Karuizawa side of the motor vehicle and the Yokokawa side of the trailer vehicle are equipped with a constant-light circuit board and a headlight ON-OFF switch.
- Headlights are lit by incandescent LEDs
- Uses M-13 motor with flywheel and black wheels
- The Karuizawa side of each car is equipped with a double-headed TN coupler and a self-coupling dummy coupler.
