The 30000 series is a commuter train that symbolizes the new Seibu Railway, which was introduced in April 2008, and was developed based on the concept of "Smile Train - a train that is kind to people and brings smiles to everyone's faces."
The train is the first Seibu Railway commuter car to feature a wide-section aluminum double-skin body, and the in-car information devices are equipped with 15-inch liquid crystal displays (LCDs) to enhance comfort.
The interior and exterior design is based on an egg motif, with the exterior evoking a soft, rounded appearance and the interior evoking a warm, gentle space.

Of the Seibu 30000 series, a two-car train currently in service on the Ikebukuro line has been produced
The prototype is the early model without the SEIBU logo on the front, which will be available from 2020 onwards.

The vehicle number is transferred from the included vehicle mark (newly produced)
Train radio antenna and fuse box are installed by the user
Radio antenna is already installed, lightning arrester is one piece sculpture
Headlights (white), taillights (red), and front destination display (white) are on.
Long seat parts with car ends are installed
