Product Description

──A Hiroshima food-themed wrapped car operated in 2013

JR West's 115-2000 series trains underwent the 40N improvement work between 1998 and 2009, which involved a large-scale renewal of the car body and extensive renovation of the onboard facilities.
External features include a change in the support method for the side window glass, smaller door pocket windows, removal of the ventilator, and conversion to a raised roof.
The Manpuku Takarashima train was part of the Hiroshima Prefecture Destination Campaign held from July to September 2013, and is a 115 series L-12 train wrapped with designs of Hiroshima food, including okonomiyaki, sweets, ramen, and sake breweries.
It operated on the Sanyo Main Line between Mitsuishi and Shimonoseki, the Kure Line, and the Kabe Line.
