This is a 1/35 scale plastic model assembly kit that recreates the Travi 601S, a popular car that was widely used in Eastern European countries after World War II.

[About the actual car]
During the Cold War after World War II, the Trabant, commonly known as Trabi, was a national car produced in East Germany.
It was made in 1958 by the East German manufacturer VEB Sachsenring.
The Type 601 is a later model produced from 1961 onwards.
The body, which was said to be made of cardboard, was actually formed by heat pressing laminated fibers made from recycled cotton and phenolic resin.
The engine is an air-cooled inline 2-cylinder 2-stroke engine with a displacement of 593cc.
It was a front-wheel drive, front-wheel drive vehicle mounted horizontally at the front.
The body lineup includes a two-door sedan and a two-door station wagon.
It was a popular vehicle available to the general public in East Germany for a long time.

[About the model]
This is a 1/35 scale plastic assembly kit model of the Trabi, a passenger car long loved by the people of East Germany.
-This model is based on the late-model Travi 601 two-door sedan.
-The number of parts must be over 80.
-You can choose to assemble either the commercial vehicle type or the police version.
- The distinctive body is reproduced in detail, including the headlights, radiator grille, front and rear bumpers.
- The interior and underside of the chassis are also realistically reproduced, including mechanisms such as the suspension.
-Photo-etched parts are also included to enhance the sharp details of the finished product.
-The police version also faithfully models the equipment such as the lights mounted on the roof.
