・E8 series (Tsubasa)
The E8 series is a Yamagata Shinkansen train that began operation in March 2024 and will run between Tokyo and Shinjo, and between Utsunomiya and Fukushima at a maximum speed of 300 km/h.
The design features [Lovebirds Purple] and [Zao Bianco] with lines of [Safflower Yellow], which is the same color scheme as the new E3 series paint scheme.
The E8 series, which runs on the Yamagata Shinkansen and has the unique feature of being able to run on both the Shinkansen (Tohoku Shinkansen) and conventional lines (Ou Main Line) (through service), is a mini-shinkansen (train) with a narrower body than the full-size Shinkansen.

Wheel chock parts are attached to make it easier to place the vehicle on the rails and prevent it from rolling.
It also has contacts to eliminate flickering when the light is turned on.

[About the light on]
When the light is on, a separately sold power supply unit, or power unit (controller), and DC feeder N (a cord that supplies power from the power unit to the rail) are required.
You can choose to turn on the headlights and taillights by switching the light switch on the power unit or the direction switch on the power unit.
