[About the actual machine]
The Focke-Wulf Fw 190 was a fighter plane deployed by the German army during World War II.
It was an air-cooled fighter aircraft designed by Kurt Tank.
Its first flight was in 1939, and it entered service in 1941, continuing to fight until the end of the war.
Improvements continued throughout the war, and due to its high versatility, various types were produced.
Of these, the A-8 type was produced in February 1944, with 8,300 units produced.
