Product Description
[Product overview]
The JR Hokkaido KiHa 150 series is a train specifically designed for the Hokkaido region, introduced in 1993.
There are two types, the 0 series and the 100 series, depending on the railway line they are used on, and their appearance differs significantly in the shape of the side windows.
The 0 series was the first in the Hokkaido region to be equipped with air conditioning, and cost reductions were achieved by adopting equipment that supports one-man operation and general-purpose parts for buses.
Since 2020, the introduction of the H100 series has resulted in changes to the operating range.
