The rally version, based on the Fulvia Coupe unveiled at the 1965 Geneva Motor Show, debuted at the 1965 Tour de Corse.
In 1969, the more powerful 1.6HF Fanarone was introduced.
A rally version based on this vehicle achieved a remarkable first victory at the 1972 Rally Monte Carlo, driven by Sandro Munari.
That's where Lancia's glorious history in rallying began.
