The Kumoha 103 series was modified to accommodate the ATS-P system when the Keiyo Line opened, and its appearance with the train number window covered has been newly reproduced.
- By combining it with the separately sold <97648> add-on set, it is also possible to recreate the 8-car train formation of the Musashino Line in later years.
- The H-shaped rubber seals are reproduced in black on the front and pocket windows, and silver on the door windows.
- Jumper plug receptacle and hose are separate parts and user-selectable.
- Headlights, taillights, and front display are equipped with a constant lighting circuit board and an ON/OFF switch.
