Product Description
Responding to overwhelming demand for its return, the 1/72 A-4 Skyhawk is finally here!
Developed in the 1950s as a carrier-based attack aircraft for the U.S. Navy, the A-4 Skyhawk was a masterpiece that defined an era due to its superior performance.
The A-4 Skyhawk, once one of the most popular series in Fujimi's airplane kit lineup, is making a comeback in response to your requests!
The A-4 Skyhawk family has seen the creation of numerous variations, some of which are still flying today.
Amidst all of this, the A-4C, which recorded the highest production numbers in the series, is being released.
The A-4 Skyhawk has left behind many anecdotes in aviation history, but this time it appears based on the story of how it shot down a MiG-17 fighter jet during the Vietnam War.
The lightweight and compact design of the Skyhawk is realistically reproduced.
The Zuni rocket launcher, used in aerial combat with the MiG-17, is also included as a separate part.
The decals are for two aircraft of the U.S. Navy's 76th Attack Squadron during the Vietnam War.
You can choose to build either the aircraft that shot down a MiG-17 or an aircraft that incorporates that achievement into its markings.
