[Actual vehicle guide]
- Series 251 is a DC limited express train that appeared in 1990. The same series was developed as a vehicle exclusively for resort access to the Izu area, and with the concept of [When you get on, there is Izu], both the interior and exterior of the vehicle have appeared as different designs from previous vehicles. The 2nd edition, which was released in 1992, had an expanded view from the observatory and improved seats.
- The same series was operated on the limited express [Super View Odoriko], [Ohayo Liner Shinjuku] and [Home Liner Odawara], but was discontinued in 2020.
