Product Description

The 8000Series of JR Shikoku, coming out in 1993, were launched into the express
service "Shiokaze" between Okayama and Matsuyama, and "Ishizuchi" between
Takamatsu and Matsuyama.

To maintain its high speed at the curves, the pendulum system was adopted.
Also, to keep the vehicle underslung, the air conditioners are equipped underneath
the floors, not on top of the vehicle.

This item represents the older color scheme of the silver body with light blue
lines.
