Around the beginning of 1950's, the top of the limited express train "Tsubame"(Swallow) of Tokaido line was C62.
C62 was used for the train between Osaka and Nagoya.
In then Japan, "Tubame" was one of the trains that grade was the highest.
Because the mark of the swallow was described in deflector, C62 2 is famous.
The mark of the swallow was described in C62 18 in the same way.
However, the picture of the swallow became it so that the front fell down.
Therefore the nickname has become "Sagari Tsubame" (A meaning called "the swallow which fell down").
