Product Description

─ 5209 series and 5211 series with changed auxiliary power supply. Also available in old paint with a band at the hem.

- The Kintetsu 5200 series was introduced in 1988 as an express and group vehicle.
- Of these, the 5209 series is a derivative of the 5200 series that appeared in 1991.
- Since it is mainly used for long-distance trains that do not stop frequently, we have adopted a car body with 1300 mm width on both sides and 3 doors on each side, and all have automatic conversion cross seats to ensure seating capacity and comfort.
- Curved glass is used for the front window, and the window glass of the through door is made vertically long.The 5208F and up to 5208F are the 5200 series, the 5209F and 5210F are the 5209 series, which use SIV for the auxiliary power supply, and the 5211F to 5213F, which use a bolsterless truck. are distinguished as the 5211 series.
- From the time it was introduced until around 1999, it was active with a maroon color line on the hem of the car body.
