── The third car with a changed color scheme

- The Meitetsu 3100 series is a two-car version of the 3700 series that was introduced in 1997, and the body and interior equipment are almost identical to the 3700 series.
- Taking advantage of the flexibility of a fixed two-car formation, it is used in conjunction with 3000 series commuter trains and on branch lines, as well as for adding cars to some special express trains such as the 2200 series.
- From June 2019, some of the trains have been repainted in the same color scheme as the 2200 series express trains and have begun to serve in service.

- Meitetsu 3100 series 3rd batch new paint is released with destination and indicator lights
- Reproduce the underfloor equipment (VVVF inverter device) that differs for each formation

- Stickers are included. Includes type and destination indication, priority seating, wheelchair and stroller markings, and door stickers.
- Train radio antenna and fuse box are user-installed
- Headlights (white), taillights, front type and destination display (white), and signal lights (green) are on.
- Equipped with a coreless motor power unit with a flywheel (No. 31940)
- Long seat parts with car ends are installed
