Product Description
The Messerschmitt Bf 109 is an iconic fighter plane of World War II.
It was introduced as the German Air Force's first all-metal single-seat fighter, and served as a main aircraft through the Spanish Civil War and the end of the war, undergoing repeated improvements.
A total of over 33,000 aircraft of all models were produced, and they are remembered as legendary aircraft that soared through the skies.
This kit reproduces the F-2 type that was deployed in combat in the spring of 1941.
The design is more aerodynamically sophisticated than the previous E-type, resulting in improved maneuverability.
Furthermore, by being equipped with a machine gun fired from within the propeller shaft, this was an important model that gained new combat power as the first mass-produced model in the F series.
Uses parts that allow for the reproduction of the nose with the engine exposed.
Markings can be selected from two types of JG54 aircraft.
The unique camouflage paintwork can be realistically reproduced with large, impressive decals.
It is precise yet easy to assemble, with almost no need to remove seams.
45 parts, total length 126mm, total width 138mm when completed
