Product Description





The Giesel Ejector was a form of a funnel invented by Adolf Giesel Gieslingen,
a professor at the Vienna University of Technology, designed to improve the
performance of locomotives and to reduce smoke at the same time.

It is known also for its unique shape of an inverted trapezoid.


D51 Type711 was among several of D51s to be equipped with this type of ejector.
