[Product Introduction]
C11 190 was manufactured in 1940 and operated in various parts of Tohoku before being transferred to the Haiki locomotive depot in Kyushu. From 1950 onwards, it was stationed at the Kumamoto locomotive depot until it was decommissioned.
In 1966, it was selected to pull the imperial train used during Emperor Showa's inspection tour of Kumamoto Prefecture after his attendance at the Oita National Sports Festival, and was decorated in various places.
After being decommissioned in 1974, it was preserved by a private individual, but in 2001 it was transferred to the Oigawa Railway, restored, and returned to operational service in 2003.

We will be producing a model of the C11 190 locomotive, which features a number plate and rods with green accents, in the same specifications as when it pulled the Imperial train in 1966.
Not only is it ideal as the locomotive for the <10-853 Imperial Train No. 1 (Showa Era Specification)>, which is scheduled for simultaneous re-release, but its dazzling appearance with imperial decorations also makes it a recommended addition to any collection.

[Product features]
This product replicates the C11 190 locomotive that pulled the Imperial train in Kumamoto Prefecture in October 1966.
The locomotive's glossy body and various decorations, befitting a locomotive pulling an imperial train, are faithfully reproduced, as are unique Kyushu-specific features such as the ventilation openings on the coal bunker side and the side tank stabilizers.
The license plate and rods are beautifully reproduced with green accents.
The cross-shaped handle on the smokebox door and the silver obstacle deflector on the front have been reproduced.
The silencer at the rear of the chimney is reproduced in a way that it is shifted to the unofficial side rather than in the center.
The cab replicates the form with angle brackets attached to the roof.
The rear taillights are recessed, and the ladder to the coal bunker has been recreated with a tapered top.
The front end is equipped with a dummy coupler, and the rear end with an Arnold coupler as standard. Replacement knuckle couplers, Arnold couplers for double-heading, and knuckle couplers are included. *All are silver.
The headlights illuminate on both the front and rear sides (using warm white LEDs). The front headlights replicate the large LP403 design.
Equipped with a coreless motor power unit, it enables stable running.
Selectable license plates: [C11 190][C11 61][C11 62], includes the Japanese flag and chrysanthemum emblem. The nameplate below the side license plate is pre-printed.
