--Two new colors have been added to the Class800 series. The Lumo model features a beautiful blue metallic finish, while the TPE model features a beautiful metallic blue and silver finish.

[Product Introduction]
The Class 803 is a type of train in the Class 800 series that is not designed for non-electrified sections and is an electric (non-bi-mode) type. It is a train with all standard seats and does not have first-class seats or a galley (kitchen space).
All five trains are operated by Lumo, connecting London King's Cross and Edinburgh Waverley.
The train is characterized by its blue body and the large [Lumo] logo, and in recent years, the exterior has been changed with the addition and modification of decorations such as the stripe on the front and the catchphrase.

KATO has added a new lineup to its British-style train product range.
We will be producing a model of the Class 803, which is operated by [Lumo] and is characterized by its bright blue livery.
In addition to running them individually, we also recommend recreating a 10-car train by coupling two sets together.

*Because parts from the Class 800 are used, there may be some differences in shape from the actual vehicle.

[Product features]
The 803001 train set, sporting the standard Lumo color scheme with its blue body and large logo, will be produced in the UK standard 1/148 scale.
The exterior, which differs from its initial appearance, features added and modified decorations such as a front stripe and catchphrase.
The area near the headlights above the front window replicates the state where the orange warning line is interrupted.
This is a reproduction of a five-car train set with a single-class configuration, lacking first-class seating and a galley (kitchen space).
Headlights and taillights illuminate (with on/off switch). When the headlights are on, the upper and lower marker lights also illuminate, replicating the effect.
The slotless motor ensures smooth and quiet operation.
Equipped with a coupling mechanism at the front. It can reproduce the 10-car formation of 5 cars + 5 cars seen on the actual train.
The intermediate connecting section uses a body-mounted coupler (with hook).
