Product Description

The HEMTT (Heavy Expanded Mobility Tactical Truck) is a series of 10-ton class, eight-wheel drive, high-power diesel-powered off-road trucks used by the US military, and is officially referred to as an 8x8 10-ton cargo truck.
The HEMTT entered official service with the US military in 1982, replacing the M520 Gore.
Many variants of the HEMTT have been manufactured for various purposes, including transporting and towing equipment, transporting THAAD missiles (TELs), and in civilian use as airport fire trucks.
In addition, the 10x10 wheel drive version of the HEMTT is used as the vehicle for the PLS (Palletized Load System).
