[Vehicle Introduction]
The Taki 1900 was created in the 1960s in response to the increased demand for cement accompanying the period of rapid economic growth, and the resulting need for mass transportation and increased efficiency.
This is a powder tank truck specifically designed for transporting cement. By employing tanks with different diameters, the tank volume has been increased, enabling it to carry 40 tons.
A total of 1,729 units were manufactured as the standard type of cement transport freight car.
Depending on the manufacturing period, there are variations in the dimensions of the tank body, the type of bogie, and the form of the body reinforcing ribs. In addition, there are differences in equipment depending on the owner, such as the number of loading ports and the form of the unloading ports.
As of 2026, the Taki 1900, owned by Taiheiyo Cement, is the only large-scale cement freight transport in Japan, making up to five round trips a day between Taiheiyo Cement's Fujiwara Plant in Mie Prefecture and Yokkaichi Port.

Further expansion of the Micro Ace freight car series
A variation product based on A3198 (shipped September 2020).
The current state of the Pacific Cement-owned railcars, the only ones in Japan still transporting cement by rail, as of 2026.
The body and detail parts, which vary depending on the year of manufacture and the owning company, are accurately reproduced to match the actual vehicle.
This model recreates the appearance after the bogie was replaced with one equipped with roller bearings.
Beautiful printing of various labels and symbols
The configuration with one of the three loading ports being larger in the center is reproduced with new parts.
Considering compatibility with previous products, the vehicle numbers were newly assigned.
Ideal companion for DF200 and Sangi Railway electric locomotives.

This vehicle has been stationed at Higashi-Fujiwara Station since its manufacture and is characterized by its clean tank body without reinforcing rings.
The central loading area was designed to be large from the start.
- Taki 111955
This is a vehicle that was transferred from its permanent base at Kaneda Station on the Heisei Chikuhō Railway to its permanent base at Higashi-Fujiwara Station.
It is characterized by four reinforcing rings on the sides of the tank body and steps on both end faces.
After the transfer, the central loading port was enlarged.

This vehicle has been stationed at Higashi-Fujiwara Station since its manufacture, and is characterized by four reinforcing rings on the side of the tank body and steps on both sides.
Furthermore, the gangway plates on top of the tank body come in various forms depending on the year of manufacture and the owning company.
