[Product Introduction]
Since the Tokaido Shinkansen opened in 1964, the 0-series Shinkansen continued to be added to the fleet with minor changes until 1986.
New cars manufactured after 1981 were the final version, the 2000 series, of which a total of 309 were manufactured.
The 2000 series is a group that is based on the 1000 series, which has smaller side passenger windows and larger seat pitch.After the transition to JR, all of these cars were inherited by JR Central and JR West, and were retired in 2008.
KATO's long-selling product, the 0 Series Shinkansen, will be produced as a 4-car set that can be easily enjoyed by beginners and overseas users.
Recommended for those who are just starting out with N gauge.

[Product Features]
-Reproduce the characteristics of the 0 series, which is characterized by its "dumpling nose" that was active on the Tokaido and Sanyo Shinkansen lines
Only the four-car set will be released so that even beginners can easily enjoy it (there will be no additional sets).
Head/tail lights are lit (using warm white LED). The inside of each light is also lit with two lights, one above the other.
All vehicles feature wheels that resemble disc brakes
Arnold coupler standard equipment
The hood cover, the silver rim of the headlights, and the car number are printed. There is no printing of the car number or the non-smoking car mark.
